Post Full Moon
Feb. 3rd, 2007 07:31 pmOk, so last night did not go to plan.
I was planning to have a night out with my beautiful lady, who had dressed up amazingly for going out, and staying out until I was so exhausted I just fell into bed and into sleep.
But my body had other plans for the night. I wore a pair of boots that have given me minor blisters the last 2 times I wore them out, and although I contemplated changing them I decided not to. Big mistake.
I ended up with a blood blister the size of two 50pence pieces on my right foot, just where I put my weight when walking.
Not only that but we got there, danced for 2 1/2 songs and then my body decided to have a panic attack. That was fun. So not only could I not walk, but I also couldn't breathe and I almost passed out. I'm so glad that I didn't because normally when you pass out in clubs they bounce you straight out to the police on drugs suspicions, and I did not want to spend the night in the cells.
So we were out for about an hour, not including the walk there, and I'm still in pain for it today. I've had to bandage my foot six ways from sunday just to walk on it.
In other news, we have enough money for our holiday to Canada in 2 months, and I got some more world building done, so it hasn't been entirely a waste.
