Swimming

I used to swim for about 2 hours a day, almost every day when I was about 6 years younger.

I used to have no problem doing upwards of a mile each time.

Swam yesterday. Did 24 lengths (480m), although half of those were slow to make sure Kaz was doing frontcrawl right (I'm trying to teach her).

Swam today. Did 26 lengths (520m).

Dies and is ded.

Gratz. I used to swim alot. That really is quite a long way. You'll get back into swimming long distances soon enough.
