I broke my laptop

It's telling me that it can't find one of the system root files and now won't boot into windows, just keeps taking me to the mode selection screen over and over and over again.
So yeah, I think as I was cleaning things off, I might have accidentally deleted something that it needed. Guess I'm gonna have to wipe it and reinstall Windows.
Oops.
