I made you a doughnut, but it burnded me!

From this recipie here I made doughnuts. Actual, gluten free doughnuts. And they really do taste like doughnuts. Here's the full spread, since I made some rings, some balls and some jam filled.

As you can see the recipie makes a butt load, but they can be frozen and reheated, so it's good to get some in stock. 90% of that lot are now in the freezer.
However, note to self. 375 degree oil is not your friend, and getting splashed is not a good idea in ant way, shape or form. DON'T DO IT!

And yeah, I made holes because I was running out of patience and needed something to do with the leftover dough. OM NOM NOM.
